As an artist I'm a storyteller by trade. My journey in performance is driven by a lifelong mission of being a griot- exploring stories and building knowledge of the new and their origins within the past. My work is rooted in the ideal of being a bridge—using knowledge and artistry to mend gaps in understanding and ideology. From performing to teaching to coaching, I emit the passion to elicit change, and use my vocal instrument to articulate pathways for the bright future I envision.
